I am suffering from naval displacement for last one year, even in sleep it happens. I tried meditation n yoga but not fruitful. What to do now? Pl. Suggest.

Keep heavy chair or one leg of folding bed on your navel empty stomach early morning few times for 10-15. After that check whether all lines of fingers of your one hand is matching with other hand or not. Do this drill till the lines match. Have a glass of milk or two bananas after that.
