Hello sir I am 26 year's old boy .I am suffering from chest pain and dizziness from 4 days. Also I have a fever from 2 days. Now fever is normal. But still feeling chest pain and dizziness sometimes, , my ECG report is normal and doctor have been prescribed me zinta, stemetil MD , paracetamol and street cough syrup. Now can you tell me what is the reason of my chest discomfort and dizziness? ?

It may cause due to chest infection associated with acidity if you have. Other wise chest pain n dizziness have many causes to rule out.
