My age is 23 years . Weight is 80 kg and height is 5'8" I have little thyroid problem (tsh. I tried many types of exercises such as running, jogging and dieting for loosing my stomach fat. But I can't got result. Please guide me how can I loose my stomach fat fastly in less days and can get my body figure in shape ?I am facing many problems in my daily life due to increase in size of my stomach. Please guide me.

Take medicine to maintain thyroid test in normal range. Ask a doctor for required dose. Keep repeat testing every three months or so. Reduce fat and sugar consumption. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Eat 200 gms of salad half hour before every main meal. Eat less chapaties and rice and more of dal, soya badi. With this your weight will reduce. It will be better if remain in constant touch.
