Hi im now three months post pregnancy can you suggest me how can I reduce my stomach, can I do diet now ,or can you suggest what should I eat for my reducing my weight as well as how can I get my baby proteins.

hi lybrate user, you can start work out now, start exercising with advice of Fitness trainer as you have to gradually increase workout and working on muscle to tone up. Don't go for crash diet as you will be breast feeding baby your body will need extra calories. please have healthy balance diet avoid junk food, oily, spicy food. drink plenty of water 4-5litre per day. diet should contain lots of protein, fruits, low carbs, green leafy vegetables, high fiber diet.
