I feel insomniac from last 2 weeks can not sleep properly. . I eat food lots then also I not sleepy at night . Try to do things to sleep but nothing happens ,feel tension about future and at morning of 5 or 4: 30 I felt to sleep but I have to wake early for my college . So no full satisfied with my sleep and I want to sleep but not able .

Dear lybrate user, may be something is bothering you. That is why you are losing sleep. You said you are worried about your future. But you are just 20 years old. You have lots of time to plan for your future. Have a goal in life. Think about what you want to become in life. And start working towards that dream. Have rational expectations from yourself. Work hard. If you have some personal issues to be resolved, try to discuss it with some one who you trust, and try to find best possible options. There will be challenges at every stage and age in life. Make yourself strong enough to face it. If you are sleeping in the afternoon, stop that. At night, before going to bed, close your eyes, take 10 deep breaths. With closed eyes concentrate on your head and tell your muscles to relax, then move towards face, relax facial muscles and this way help your entire body muscles to relax. If you wish, recite some verses from the holy koran which will help in calming your mind. Take care.
