Hi, I am suffering with Premature ejaculation. I generally tend to ejaculate during foreplay session only, during 2nd session I couldn't penetrate for more than 3-4 mins. My relationship is really troubled due to this. I have tried using long last condoms but it doesn't serve much purpose. I drink occasionally. 3-4 times a month. I regularly exercise and keep a check on my feeding habits as well. Please help.
