You may practice yoga and exercise as well as morning walk every day. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as rich proteins and nourishing diets and warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed and at breakfast. Stop masturbating if any or junk food and cold drinks or fridged food and yogurts or sour products e. G. Pickles etc.
