I am 23, and 35 weeks pregnant I have cogenatal hypo thyrodism, now I am taking 150mg of sodium thyroxin, my recent tsh blood test showed 67.670miu/ml, should I take more of the medicine kindly advice.

u might need to increase dose of eltroxin but with 150 mg of thyroxin it is not possible to have TSH of 67. plz recheck this or change ur bottle of thyroxine. one of this is wrong. what was ur last tsh. u may consult ur endocrinologist for same. this require urgent attention.
