I used to have three days period but this month I had one day period. M very worried. Age is 39 married. Is there any problem?

If there is no other symptom like abdomen pain or heaviness or vaginal discharge. There is nothing to worry about. It could probable be because of physical strain during the period. However it is advised to have a track on your next period and if repeating then should probably consult a doc.

Hello lybrate-user, if the one day period was with good amount of bleeding, please wait for next cycle also to come, that means wait till next month periods. If the one day period was just spotting, go for a urine pregnancy test at home, if it comes negative, then also wait for a month for next cycle to come. If it's positive, do meet a gynaecologist.
