Hello doctor. Four months before I used to hot drinks in 180 ml/day for three months. I have take food, dry fruits properly. That time I have 15 percentage of belly fat to look. But now it seems like 40 to 50 percentage of belly fat. Now I have completely stopped the drinking habit. How to reduce that. Some are saying its not belly fat. It is your intestine get bigger than before. Is it true. How to reduce my stomach to normal. If I eat fully it become slightly bigger.
