Hey ! I am 19 years old ! What should I choose ? Boxing or gyming ? Which one will be better to keep my body fit and make it strong ! My body is really weak ! I look like I am very strong but I feel sometimes I am really weak ! I need to change myself ! Any suggestions ? Would really help me ! Please ?

Hye thanks for the query. You can do any exercise in order to stay fit. It is important that you enjoy it and are able to manage it at least 3-5 times a week depending on how strenuous your work out is. You can do yoga, strength training, aerobics, swimming, jogging or even indulge in sports like football or an enjoyable activity like dance. The idea is to stay physically active and improve muscle tone. Lastly the technique of any exercise be it the seemingly simple brisk walking is also important. And don't forget stretching and warm up before any exercise in order to avoid injuries.
