I had a surgery for my fistula. My fistula pain was gone. And surgical pain is almost vanished. But ever since my surgery I have a obstructive defecation. I mean I am not fully constipated but I have multiple episodes going to toilet and always have a incomplete evacuation. Could my sphincters got damaged? Is it normal after kshar sutra? But patients who took treatment along with me never said like this? How can I cure it?

You need to avoid constipation by high-fiber diet and plenty of fluids. Also take liq cremaffin plus 2tsf at night and get examined by a surgeon.
