Hi there, as you by now, that bipolar disorder is characterized by alternating episodes of depression and mania. From your current prescription, it seems like you are in a phase of depression. When you're depressed you lose interest in most things, and sexual drive (libido) is also one of those things. As your depression lifts, your sexual drive will also come back. Secondly, do not force yourself to have sex. Sex is something that should happen naturally when you are sexually excited. Have patience. Also, always make habit of expressing these concerns on every follow up with your prescribing psychiatrist. Make sure you are eating well, exercising, and sleeping well. These 3 things are very important to get that sex drive back. Good luck.
