hello, first of all tell wht type of hardwork u did. in gym or something else. iif u did in gym then thats not the reason for getting weak. the reason behind it is ur diet. follow thes diet tips to gain weight n do regular workout: breakfast oats with milk , 7 soaked almonds, 2 banana, 3 walnuts brunch banana shake , salad lunch 2 chapati , any veg , littel curd, rice, boiled potato before workout 2 banana after workout 5 eggs, sprouts, banana shake, dinner 3 chapati, daal, salad, chicken, before sleep 1 glass milk
