You need to include more protein in your diet to gain weight. You have not mentioned whether you are a vegetarian or a non vegetarian. Good vegetarian sources for protein are soyabean, milk and milk products like paneer, curd and cheese and pulses. Non vegetarian foods eggs, chicken and fish contain good amount of protein. You should include one of these in every meal. You can also take a protein supplement like nutrix whey protein to be mixed in milk. You can include moderate amount of fat in your diet but take care not to focus on fats too much because excess fat gets deposited in arteries and can lead to various health issues notably cardiac.
