I am 30 year unmarried male, I have not done sex around two years because I have no partner, if I am not using our penis long time so what effect done to penis and mind? Presently my mind is always think about sex and many time whenever I talk to any female then my penis is not erect but some liquid are flowing from penis, my confidence also loosing for sex. Is there any problem, how to improve our confidence for sex?
