I am 24 year and I wanna join gym my height is 5.9 and weight is 58 so should I join the gym or not?

Your weight is less according to your ht. You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. You can join gym.
