Nothing weakness of wrist muscles. So you need to dip your hands inside a water tub one with hot water and other cold water, now start moving your wrist up and down directions and various finger movements inside the water. This will help you. Later strech extensor and flexor muscles of wrist snd hands,follwed by stregthen it by using a smiley ball to compress ans relax and use hand exerciser to your nearby physio. Even use small sand bags .
There must be median nerve entrapment. Do contrast bath therapy twice daily, take hot water in one bowl & cold in another. First immerse your hand in hot water for 3min & then immediately move to cold water for 1min, keep repeating for 20min. You should end on cold water. Keep moving your hand avtively while it is dipped in water.
Do hand stretches.
Sit on chair & keep your forearm on side of table, hold about 1/2 kg weight in hand & move your wrist up & down × 20 repetitions twice daily
Squeeze smiley ball hold till count of 3 then release, 20 repetitions twice daily
