Mr. Lybrate-user, it is better to consult a competent surgeon, based on his opinion, further treatment can be done. If the enlarged spleen is affecting stomach functioning, he would be the better expert to advise. Do not delay. In the mean time also take care to maintain his blood glucose strictly. Thanks.
