Looking at those details I may be give some advise. Eating chicken often (quantity is nt mentioned), and taking alcohol regularly are really not good in a diabetes patient. Particularly alcohol is harmful. As regards" removing diabetes permanently" that is not possible, because it can not be cured. Take 3 times meal. Small frequent meal. Before each meal take plenty of salad. Fruits inbetwwn breakfast and lunch. And also between lunch and dinner. Chapati should be half cabohydrate +half besan. Brisk walking 30 min /dayand proper drugs.
