The decay wont go by any tooth paste. It has to be removed mechanically by the dentist. You can use colgate total or any other toothpaste to prevent the further decay but only toothpaste wont do the job. You should know the correct techniques of brushing and the other oral hygiene techniques.

More than the toothpaste it is the correct brushing technique which is important to prevent decaying of teeth. Kindly brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique and maintain your oral hygiene. If you have any decay then kindly get filling done to prevent further damage.

Any toothpaste containing fluoride is good for tooth. Fluoride helps to prevent decay. But if once you got decay, it cant be cured by toothpaste or any medicine. You have to go for filling of teeth only.
