Sinus problem Facing sinus problem sines 4 years I have consulted a doctor he suggested for an operation. So what I have to do now? Symptoms- when contact to air or when we eat sweet items its gets heavy and it will irritate me for 7-8 days so what do I do now?

Only complicated chronic sinusitis can get benefit by operation otherwise operation has no role. Regular breathing exercises and treatment from a good ent specialist can be of help.
