I am 20 years old male. When I wake in morning after 6 hrs sleep, I still feel discomfort in morning, like I did not get a good sleep. Please tell me what to do?

Increase sleeping time 8 hours. Change food habites. Add in your food vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, dry fruites. Avoid fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpale veg foods. Take a cup of milk add one spoon prosup powder 1 spoon mix end take before going to sleep in night.
