Helo sir I have an serious problem of body growth. I eat more food bt my mass doesn't gain. Please help me.

Hi, stop eating junk and processed food. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. No drink before and with meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
