Hi i Am 35 yrs old and I travelling long distance daily and more pressure at work too due to am getting more tired and drowsy could you suggest any remedy to overcome.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. These can be easily kept even if travelling (in your bag). Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week or whenever you get the time. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have nutrient dense meal and mid meals to maintain energy.
