Dear Venkatesh.. Chicken and meat contain Complete protein which is essential for human nutrition.We know that Protein is body builder which makes you muscular. Yes protein and fat plays important role for weight gain. According to Indian council of Medical Research (ICMR 2010) 1gm protein/kg body weight is recommended that means you need 59 gm dietary protein. Fish, Meat, Egg, Milk & Milk products are animal source of protein which gives you all essential amino acids but Legumes , Pulses are incomplete protein. Add Fish or chicken in your daily diet. Or you can add milk or milk product in your daily diet. Thanks..
