You are overweight. Your body has to work more for taking care of self along with demands of a growing baby within you. Cut down on empty calories of sugar & sweets but do take simple proteins like toned milk, curd, boiled eggs (if you eat non veg) clear soups minus cream, lots of seasonal vegetables & fruits, some carbs like wheat & rice & only good fats like a spoon of desi ghee and butter but no fried stuff or street food. Take some assorted nuts for good fats + proteins. Drink lots of water + ors. Get checked for cbc (hb) blood sugar, bp, urine test-routine & microscopic, ultrasound abdomen to assess growth of baby.
