My brother is 18 years old and have a dark black scars near mouth which is at the beginning is small now it's increases. We have treat him fron various Dr. Now size would be stop but neither it is light nor fade away and it's approx 6 month have passed would you please guide as allopathic or homeopathy which light his dark circle or fade away that. please help.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.
