You should buy organic apple cider vinegar that has apple threads in it. Do not buy refined vinegar. The best quality check would be to observe the vinegar properly and look for threads in it. Jamun vinegar is also good but apple cider is even better.

Apple cider vinegar is best is you can make at home, Apple is a fruit which is available 12 months. It is v easy to make where as jamun is a very short span seasonal fruit, you can make its vinegar also and store it in a glass vessel, jamun can be eaten raw also.
