I am a 17 year old female , I am 5'3 my mom is 5'1 and my dad is 5'7 doctors say that growth is still possible after 18 till 19 for girls , I don't want to use any height increasing product online as most of them are scams , my height is important for me as everyone tells me I have an amazing face and body which would be useless in the modelling industry without a few inches , I got a hgh test done and it is on a normal level although I want to take hgh injections , do I need to take them daily or can I take them once a month for effective results with diet and exercise , I can not afford to take them daily for a month as they are highly expensive, can you suggest any supplement for me to take or any diet changes , I am a vegetarian as my family is vegan but I do eat meat outside home.

Start gymnastics or swimming daily. 2-3 hrs swimming 5-6 times a week will help, not less. Do for yoga asanas which involve stretching of your backbone/spine. You can go for tada asana, paschimtana asana, surya namaskar asana etc. Increase your protein and calcium intake. Start taking 2 tsp of ashwagandha avlehya with milk at night daily. Follow this regime for next 6 months to 1 year.
