Dear Shaunak I suggest you some modification in your diet plan. Add some natural antioxidants like green tea with sliced ginger (not at empty stomach), fresh fruits, green vegetables, egg, chicken breast, skinless fish, soybean in your daily diet. Do not skip breakfast, not at fasting more than 3 hours, take small amount of foods at regular interval. Take multivitamin A-Z GOLD at bed time daily. Do brisk walk for 30 min at any time in a day.
