Hi sir, my penis is 4 cm in flaccid and 12 cm when erect. Erect circumference is 10 cm. Is it normal? As I am masturbating since last 6 years. Now I left this habit. I saw a friends penis which is 10 cm in flaccid and thicker also. I think that it will be definitely very bigger than my penis. I can't forget it. Sir,what is the avg. Circumference of penis?
