Hello sir or madam I am 30 years old man xavier for a week of time I having a back pain for me I can not able to take things from down can you please help me in this problem any more solutions for this back pain .thanking you kindly do help full for me.

If bending down is painful try to squat down and pick up any object as that is the correct way to avoid straining your back. You can start with simple exercises like bending backwards from waist, knee to chest exercise. Make changes in your lifestyle and avoid sitting on low chairs and floor during the pain.
