I am 66 years male and frequently suffers from mouth ulcers. The problem becomes so acute that my tounge becomes red & seems like having large bowls or cuts and it becomes difficult to even drink water.

Hello , recurrent ulcers in the mouth can be because of vitamin deficiency or can simply be because of autoimmunity. You can take folic acid tablets once daily for a month and see if the frequency decreases.
