I hv one question in my mind. Is it true. That by taking warm lemon water with Honey in early morning one can reduce his/her body weight. And if yes thn hw it works. Because my sister is trying this on regular basis since many months. But she didn't get any satisfactory r�result yet. And please provide some genuine way to reduce weight for her.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon / cinnamon powder half spoon. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
