I am feeling a cyst in my throat on left side above on shoulder. Please tell me is it normal infection or a problem which is to be taken seriously.

If its growing in size with in a short duration of time than it's better to get it removed and if its asymptomatic than we can just wait and watch and can be decided after clinical examination.
