I am doing job in IT sector and have to do too much night shift also. Please suggest me how can I be healthy. ?

Hi night shifts brings with it a total change in your body clock along with the timings of eating pattern. However since its your job you don't have any option but to succumb to the same. You can stay healthy by avoiding the junk and the fast foods available in your cafeteria and rather pick healthy fruit plates for in between snacking. Avoid fried and sweets if you used to eating them. Also see to it that you take a stroll after every hour to avoid weight gain by absolutely sitting n eating kindly consult in person or get in touch through private consult and will guide you thanks.
