hello rahul, this seems to be due to swollen gums. whenever there is deposition of plaque and calculus around teeth, gum infection takes place, due to which gums become swollen and stars bleeding. visit a dentist soon for professional cleaning of your teeth. this will help in removing the cause of infection and hence bleeding also will stop within some days. meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses twice a day. maintain proper oral hygiene.
