He has pain in his left kidney even he can not walk properly. In ultrasound a stone of 5 mm appears which we done 15 days ago. In another ultrasound doctor said that he had no stone now which we done 8 days ago. But still he has pain in left kidney. He has no relif. Even he can not pass urine properly. He says that urine amount is very less than it should come. He want to do but he can not. He is 15 years old. Please give us some advise.

Some times if stone is present but it is not visible properly due to many reasons one of them is current position of stone si advisable to take usg repeat and start treatment of stone this problem and symptoms look like symptoms of renal calculi.

Mr. Lybrate-user ji as you asked about your problems related to kidney stone once operated even then he has pain. I would like to suggest you for usg of whole abdomen once more. It may be another one is still creating pain. On the other hand you may consult local urologist for second opinions for it. You may give the following ayurveda medicines. 1- sheetprabha (dhootpapeshwar. 1 tab neeri tab. 1 tab twice daily with water. 2-neeri syrup. 15 ml three times daily with water. He must use a plenty of water about 3-4 litres daily.

Dear lybrate-user, he must take chandraprabha tablet 2-2-2 sukumara gritha 15 ml -0- 15 ml {two times in hot water} usheerasava 20 ml--20 ml--20 ml with equal warm water. This medicine for five days will reduce his pain considerably and he will pass urine normally. He may have to take medicine for another 15 days with reduced dose. That pill takes care of infections if any and acts as anantibiotic the gritha (ghee medicine) helps to smoothen the urinary system and formation of more urine. Usheerasva is cooling medicine and helps to urinate with out any trouble. These medicines are available in any ayurvedic medical shop.

Gokshuradi gugguiu 1tid arogyavardhini vati 1 tid chandraprabha vati 1 tid ushirasav 10 ml bd and daily 4 to 5 lit of water to drink.
