you need to avoid spicy,oily,junk food,sugar intake,rich carbohydrate diet.eat green leafy vegetables,milk,seasonal fruits.take protein,iron and multivitamins rich diet regularly.do exercise regularly for reducing weight.try taking small meal at a time.you can take meal four time but small like more fruits and salad which are free from fats.
