hiii shree thanks for asking ur query need more information from ur side so inbox ur details. till den 1) min 45 min of morning brisk walk 2) say by by to sedentary life.. keep ur self active 3) eat freshly home made food only 4) avoid maida ,salty ;sugary, oily products 5)avoid late night eat n sleep 6) drink atleast 3 lit of water evrydy thanku
