I am 23 old . I am 157 cms height and 66 kgs weight. I have joined a weightless center and they promised me that they would reduce 6 to 8 kgs of weight. They say that I am obese. Is that true? Can this kind of weight loss treatment will affect my health?

Hello You are not obese but overweight. You need to reduce 6kg. You need to understand that weight loss is a gradual process that requires regular exercise 5 days a week along with cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid sweets, fried foods, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, tomato, cabbage etc Drink plenty of water. Take green tea 3-4 times a day. Thank you
