I am a thirty six year old married man working with a multinational bank. I suddenly had bouts of anxiety last week at office with severe palpitations, perspiration, and sinking feeling. I could not move and was taken to the hospital. Doctors said I have anxiety attack. I did a brain mri and nothing was found. But my palpitations and mood swings with depressive feeling is not going down. What am I suffering from and how can I recover.
