I belch continuously through out the day from the time I get up in morning at 0500 hours till the time I retire at 2200 hours. The problem gets aggravated in the evenings from 1700 hours when I am totally bloated and this lasts till the time I retire for the night. Since I am also suffering from COPD the bloating makes me very comfortable. Please advise.

Hello lybrate user, - its simple to correct your problem - avoid any heavy fin the night - avoid having peas, potatos, brinjal, and other dals - have a glass of butter milk daily once after meals - take 5 ml of ginger juice with a pinch of salt before breakfast daily once - have a glass of warm water after meals daily - take hingwashtaka churna 1spoon with 1/2 glass of warm water daily twice before food - dhanwantara vati 1-0-1 after food do this for 15 days. Thank you.
