I have started working few months ago, I have to sit throughout the day in office due to that I am getting problems like body pain and specially back pain. Sometimes it is unbearable although I am losing my weight continuously in 2 months I Have lost 4 kg around. Please advise me.

Dear Pushpa. sitting job gets you back pain. take precautions like avoid bending forward, sit straight. do regular back strengthening excercises in early morning. apply heat fermentation to reduce pain.

Dear lybrate-user, I have understood your concern, see make a habit of daily yoga and pranayama practice twice a day will 100%give good results if you want to remain healthy you have to spare time for your self.
