Hi doc. I am 24 year old I involved myself in physical activity including running, games. (more as compared to generally ) I am having average body type. I wanted develop muscles of my body. Without increasing my weigh or effect on my any physical activity generally running, which presently I do comfortably. I have also heard about protein supplement. I hesitate to use them bcz of any side effect. please Refer to this problem.

Dear Siddharth.. First I want to suggest you add Boiled egg, Chicken, Skinless fish, Milk & Milk product in your diet that belongs all essential amino acid which our body required. About supplement or medicine if you check can see both have positive and negative effect. So do not be confused.. We have large section of animal protein already discussed. If you wish to go for supplement Take B Protein 2 scoop at bed time with skimmed milk or warm water.. Thanks..
