I'm a 18 years old guy and I have joined gym few days earlier. Nowadays my ankle gives a crackling sound when I do sit ups. Any suggestions or remedy ? Thank you!

You are doing over workout than your staimina reduce workout give some rest after every excersice. Take calcium k2.7 capsule 1 daily after dinner with milk end take 2spoon prosup powder in a glass of lukewarm milk 30minuties before workout do 15 days than feedback to me.
