Since few days, I am doing heavy exercise at morning and evening. What precaution should I concerned during exercise? which type of foods should I have? and is it possible to reduce the belly by exercise? please suggest some good exercises also.

Hi, only exercise, you should eat healthy and rich food, more veggies, fruits, sprouts, fish, and chicken once in a while, green leafy vegetables, hydrate yourself drink more fluids, and at the same time take complete rest good sleep for 8 hrs, as you no crunches will help in reducing belly fat.
