I do lifting at the gym. I have a high protien diet mostly 15 eggs n whey protien. But I eat enough amount of salad, fruits and approx. 4 ltrs. Of water a day. My question is if too many eggs a day is bad even if I drink enough water n veggies? and I even want to know abt the vegan diet. If I can take same about of protien though the vegan diet? will it help me muscle building? and if vegan diet doesn't have dairy products how will you take calcium which comes from milk. Kindly please suggest. Thank you,

Its not all about proteins. Proteins are not stored so if your proteins are exceeding your requirements your body will just have to throw it out and that may pressure your kidneys. There are many sources of calcium, not only milk. Even a vegetarian can get enough proteins if diet is planned well. Please get your diet assessed by a professional and plan it well.
