I am vegetarian girl I am very upset for my health, my muscles are very weak and feeling very tired no activeness my HB is also low. My fat is gaining, my belly is floating and heavy thigh, please suggest me how I maintain my body.

Hello lybrate user start some haematinic syp because of low hb you are feeling weekness and tiredness. Include beet root, khajur, and leafy vegetables like methi palak in your diet. Do regular exercise or youga at least for 30 min daily it will help you to reduce fat. Yogasan like padpachimotanasan, halasan are very good for reducing belly and thigh fats do it daily.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Don’t skip breakfast. Include beetroots, broccoli, peas, sprouts, green pepper, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, soybeans, rajmah, oats, millets, barley, dates. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
